Ich habe bis zum Umzug ins Studentenwohnheim eine kleine Kellerwohnung gemietet und bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich ein Problem mit dem Heizkörper habe.
Für mich ist es das erste Mal seit längerem, dass ich nach Deutschland ziehe, und zwar im Winter, daher bin ich mir nicht sicher, wie das Heizsystem hier funktioniert. Obwohl ich den Heizkörper auf 5 stelle, ist er nicht heiß und manchmal fühlt es sich kalt an!
Manchmal fällt es mir schwer, zu arbeiten oder zu schlafen, und auf der Toilette ist es auch kalt, was das Duschen zu einem Albtraum macht.
Meine Frage ist, ist das normal? Wenn der Heizkörper den ganzen Tag über auf 5 Grad stehen bleibt, sollte der Heizkörper dann den ganzen Tag heiß bleiben?
Ich habe mit der Vermieterin gesprochen und sie hat gemurmelt, dass sie sehen wird, was sie tun wird, und nichts tun wird. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, was ich jetzt tun soll.
Was muss ich tun, um sicherzustellen, dass mit dem Heizsystem etwas nicht stimmt?

You could try venting it. Also the the valve might be blocked and turnign the knob might not have opened the valve if the radiator wanst used in a long time.
The numbers 1-5 are certain temperatures. 5 is around 28 degrees Celsius and hardly ever needed. If it’s cold on 5 as someone else said you might wanna try to vent out the air as it can’t heat with too much air inside not having room for the hot water. You need either a special small key things to stick onto the valve or a screw driver can work aswell. Might wanna have a glass or cup ready to catch any water coming out at some point. There are tons of video explaining how that’s done.
If air inside is not the problem you might wanna contact the landlord as living spaces need to have certain temps.
