Those spots look like mold, common in shower environments. Any standard product marketed as a mold remover („Schimmel-frei“, „Schimmel Entferner“) or something of the like will do it if so. If a lot, or very large spots, consider getting the stronger stuff made for industrial use, available at your local hardware store (Obi, Bauhaus and the like)
You can use a Chlorine containing mold remover. But, if available, a steam cleaner might do the work.
Try Mellerud Schimmel Vernichter Aktivchlor. It costs less than 10€ per bottle. Wear at least a FFP mask and keep the window wide open.
Buy antimold product, apply the product directly at the surface and if it doesn’t go away, apply the product in a paper towel and let it work through the nicht in direct contact with the moldy surface.
chlorine spray from dm can be used
I dip paper towels into chlorine bleach then leave them in the spots. They’ll stick to the walls. Let it soak for a few hours to over night. Be careful, any drop on textiles will remove all color. Wear crappy clothing.
