Milan’s Via Monte Napoleone has beat out New York’s Fifth Avenue to become the world’s most expensive shopping street, marking the first time a European city has topped the rankings. This is according to the 34th edition of the [Main Streets Across the World 2024](https://www.cushmanwakefield.com/en/insights/main-streets-across-the-world) report published by Cushman & Wakefield.
