He starts with:

The second part I had a little problem with understanding at first, it is old icelandic, the wording and the words
It is actually from Hávamál, but two lines are cut in the video from the poem. It is section 147, called Magic, it was intended for magic users, like an ethical guide from the gods (Óðinn) in the original text it is:
*Ljóð eg þau kann*
*er kann-at þjóðans kona*
*og mannskis mögur.*
*Hjálp heitir eitt,*
*en það þér hjálpa mun*
*við sökum og sorgum*
*og sútum görvöllum*

I am not the best in old icelandic since it was written around a 800 years ago, but it means something like:

**I know those poems/songs that neither the queen of a king, nor the son of any man knows**
**One is called help, it will help you in times of hardship and sorrow and grief.**

I am not perfectly sure what görvöllum means, it could be a different spelling of Gjörvöllum. than the last line would be:,

**One is called help, it will help you in times of hardship and** ***through all*** **sorrow and grief.**
