No idea why tourists keep coming here.. oh I know! Cheap flights, cheap booze and lots of sun. Maybe not the best quality tourists tho..

OK yeah there’s lots of cranes, but it’s literally one building site. I’m not saying we don’t have loads of cranes in malta but this is a dumb example. If a site like that operated on 2 or 3 cranes the project would take forever

WHY is the beach clean? Everyone knows the beaches are all filled with broken glass and plastic!
My partner and I just came back from Malta (2nd time there) and we didn’t visit a beach at all! We visited all the amazing sites (temples, caves, WWII shelters etc) and learned about the history. We love Malta so much and I find it sad how Malta has been treated throughout history. I hope it never ends up being like the Spanish towns full of brits getting pissed up and just tanning all day!

We went for a week 3 weeks ago and did loads of sightseeing. Only sunbathed 2 times, once on that beach and the other at Mehlia. The rest was on the go. I like Malta, that was my 2nd visit.
I don’t see a problem, usually people who complain about development, want to live in new modern apartments. how hypocritical.

Visited Malta in September and by far my favourite part of the country was Gozo! Just because it was quieter then the main island 😅
