Jemand hat es an meinen Fensterläden angebracht, und ehrlich gesagt mache ich mir ein wenig Sorgen, weil mein Mitbewohner kürzlich weggegangen ist und ich mich frage, ob jemand mein Fenster markiert hat.

It’s just a sticker/flyer/card of a graffiti store in Aachen.
I don’t think its a tag for criminals (Gaunerzinken) more like some sprayer tagging the world and doing some advertising.
