Red wines are not rated in scale good/bad, it is good if you like it. Cheap wines often have juice-like qualities and they may be too acidic, but not all. If you just want a wine for chilling out or barbecue or something cheap bulk wine in a cardboard package may be quite OK, and expensive wine from 2008 may well be spoiled and basically vinegar.
If you want a decent generic wine maybe stick to the best sellers like 2uvas.

I would not buy a „red from Spain“ named „Happy grape“. It’s the cheapest stuff (you’ll get it for 50c in a brick in Spain), could work as a calimocho.
