Pretty pissed about it. My entire team is spread across Europe, no one is in Lux. Now I have to struggle with traffic everyday to still connect through my laptop with everyone? I think the two days home office rule was fair.
Also the removing of management layers sounds like they want to reduce L6L7 positions.
