Never seen those in supermarkets. The german Nogger is a popsicle with a solid chocolate core. And looking for it there don’t seem to be online shops selling the sandwich variety.

If it doesn’t say Langnese instead of Algida it isn’t from Germany. Algida is sold in Italy, Greece, Turkey, Romania, Poland, Hungary, Russia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Israel.

There is literally no equivalent of this perfect ice cream in Germany. What a big loss… Maybe you could try checking a decent Turkish market in your city, but the chances are low.
