Telosa is an ambitious megacity project planned to be built in the desert of the American Southwest, led by billionaire Marc Lore. This futuristic city aims to create a sustainable and inclusive urban environment for up to 5 million residents by 2050.

Designed as a „15-minute city,“ Telosa will ensure that essential services are within a short walk or bike ride, promoting a healthier lifestyle and reducing reliance on cars. The city will run primarily on renewable energy and feature innovative water management systems to address the challenges of its arid location.

In a world grappling with climate change and social inequality, Telosa seeks to be a model for future urban living, but it also faces skepticism regarding its feasibility and ability to foster a genuine sense of community.

The question about Telosa is, will it succeed in the „utopian“ task of finding a balance between innovative design and the real-world issues that come with building a new city in the desert?

    2. The biking part and 15 minutes to everything sounds amazing. But I can’t help but think that part of the country is going to get very hot from climate change. Air conditioning only works for temps up to like 115 or so.
