Nothing says unique Nicosia landmark like coming down the highway from the South and overlooking the city with that flag on the mountainside.
I know it’s a thorn but most certainly iconic and unique.

Why dont we make it for whole Cyprus rather than the most boring city – Nicosia ?

I would vote for Ledras street, specifically the area close to the UN buffer zone. Even for tourists, it’s one of the closest places where you can truly feel the complex history of our island across generations. The remnants of the conflict within the buffer zone, and the way communities on either side continue to live on, speak volumes about our past and present.
