Makes sense, Georgia was historically occupied by the Umayyad Caliphate and the Ottoman Empire. However, I think Muslims should be respected. They maintain their faith and love of country despite tense histories and differences, which is a great trait of Georgia, maintaining diversity while also maintaining independence. Maybe my impression of Georgia is too liberal and rose tinted, but I’d love to learn more.
