Heute Morgen ist die PVC-Jalousie auf meinem Balkon kaputt gegangen. Weiß jemand, ob man das reparieren kann und zu welchem Preis oder muss das Ganze ausgetauscht werden? Ich frage mich, ob die Kosten von meiner Haftpflichtversicherung übernommen werden. Hat jemand schon mal Erfahrung damit gemacht? Ich wohne zur Miete.

What does broken mean? Have they gotten stuck? Have you broken something?
Repairs like this should be done by your landlord if this is normal wear and tear. If you have broken something, it is a liability case, but only then.
If it is just stuck in one direction and you move it with the help of this kind of „belt“ (as opposed to an electrical mechanism) you can try to **softly** nudge the belt a bit and see if you can loosen it. But don’t appl forse, if in doubt, tell your landlord that the blinds need fixing.
