Einzug am 15. November, Auszug am 30. April.
Ich habe jeden Monat 260 CHF Akonto eingezahlt.
3357 CHF geteilt durch 5,5 Monate
beträgt: 776,53 CHF pro Monat

It is a 79 qm apartment.
It is what it is. The energy prices are much higher in the past couple of years.
