They’re both sings that parking space is for store employees only. Top additional text in Finnish and second in Swedish. On the first pic the 1 ap indicates that 1 pqrking spot is for the employees and the second pic indicates that the whole row is for employees

Both mean the same, except the lower, Swedish one has a grammatical error (affärspersonalen is one word). Where did you find these? I’ve never seen both languages used in this kind of private signs in the capital area.
