    1. If I were to guess, some sort of sambal. Sambal is an indonesian spicy sauce that’s very common in the Netherlands and is often added to (cheese) sandwiches.

    2. If it is mustard, it is very different compared to USA for example (it’s yellow and I don’t know what it is but it’s not mustard but they call it mustard :)) it’s pretty Spicy but there are many variations.

    3. Were there alergens listed? It may be a clue.

It kinda looks like spicy pumkin hummus but it seems unlikely.

Maybe some kind of spicy mayo? Sambal with mayo for example. But that be red or pink, not orange.

How is it legal not to list ingredients for food? What if someone is allergic to something?

Had this sandwich last weekend, sauce tasted Tabasco like, had quite a bit of acidity. Probably mixed with something else to make it a thicker sauce, maybe some type of mayonnaise.

I once dm’d the KLM twitter amount to find out how they make the fig spread they had/used to have and they actually responded to me with a ‘recipe’! So I can recommend that as an option too haha
