Ich bin kürzlich auf die folgende Wohnung in Raseborg gestoßen, die einen erstaunlichen Preis von 443,14 €/m² hat. In der Anzeige steht, dass keine größeren Renovierungsarbeiten geplant sind. Ich werde morgen anrufen und nach Putkiremontti und Julkisivuremontti fragen, also nach Wasser/Sanitär und Fassade. Welche anderen Fragen sollte ich dem Verkäufer stellen?

Mir ist bewusst, dass es sich um eine recht alte Wohnung handelt und die Lage nicht ideal ist. Ich habe vor, selbst dort zu wohnen, daher ist es in Ordnung, wenn die Wohnung mit der Zeit an Wert verliert, solange ich mit günstigen monatlichen Raten dort leben kann.

Now that’s a bit of a thonker
Location is a big thing. I would also be a bit concerned on how the building is maintained since the sauna can’t be used before renovation, but there are no renovations planned. That usually means that the co-op is not interested on maintaining the building in the long term, and if the need for bigger renovation comes up, people might not want to do that. Often those co-ops also haven’t prepared for any renovations eg. by collecting a monthly renovation fee for future renovations.
And another big minus is electirc heating. It can cost a lot especially in the winter
