Hallo zusammen, ich möchte gerne den sog. T7-Wanderweg und verbinde es mit einer Übernachtung irgendwo auf der Route unter den Sternen während meines Aufenthalts in Trondheim. Ich habe bereits die allgemeinen Regeln, Gesetze und wo man Ausrüstung bekommt recherchiert.
Meine Frage an Sie alle wäre, ob dies machbar ist, ob es Gebiete gibt, die sich besser zum Aufstellen des Zeltes eignen und wie die Tierwelt in diesen Gebieten im Allgemeinen ist.
Als Bonusfrage habe ich gelesen, dass nicht alle Verleiher Ausrüstung an Ausländer verleihen. Ich wäre also sehr dankbar, wenn es Empfehlungen gäbe.

I’d say bring a tent, find a spot you like on the trail, and stay there. Easy as that
Hiking and wild camping are quite popular in Trondheim and Norway in general. The answer to the question you are asking is: yes, it is very much feasible and recommended! I suggest setting up camp around one of the many lakes in Bymarka. Around Kvistingen is my favorite, as it tends to be quieter there.
As you pass many heights, there are several plateaus that offer great camping spots if you want a view overlooking the fjord. If you want to rent equipment cheaply, I would check out Finn.no. Best of luck!
