If there’s not an immediate replacement, then yes, it’s not great. As it is we’re seeing an employability crisis for new grads.
its very unfortunate that the money saved, will more than likely go into the buisiness owner’s million dollar house instead of the remaining employees that will need it.
If you have worked in a company where entire departments have been formed around creating reports no one reads you know the answer. Also if you see the endless meetings that seem to take place every week and contribute to nothing people are about to be in for a wake up call

It needs to kill fucking chores, like doing the dishes, cleaning the house, laundry. Those are the things we should be automating, not fuckin art and music.
