I love [Caseking.de](http://Caseking.de) They are in Berlin and have most things.
I would recommend notebooksbilliger for PC parts.

look for your components via geizhals.de and idealo.de
Mindfactory, alternate and Caseking is always a safe bet.

I recommend going to [pcpartpicker.com](http://pcpartpicker.com) there you have a great comparison between different pcparts and that platform also compares the prices between all the shops the other comments mentioned. Don’t forget to chose the German flag or you’ll get the prices from whatever country you’ve chosen.
As an extra tip if you order from mindfactory do so between midnight and 6am.
