Ich verstehe den „Journalismus“ von RTL wirklich nicht, der immer nur halbgare Nachrichten bringt. Ziemlich ärgerlich, dass wir Nachrichten in dieser Qualität bekommen.

Someone got pasted maybe?
Some people walk on/near the rails, SNCF cancel a TGV ride for safety reasons until those people are gone/removed from the rails.
That ride just happens to be the first (and first of the day). There is no project Rodange-Paris that got canceled.
