      That, plus the pectoral muscle/chest area, are quite indicative of this being the product of AI. That is, not a real photo.

      Nothing special is going on! Perfectly normal collar bone. What probably makes you ask that is the clavicular heap of the pectoralis major muscle which looks prominent because of position of her shoulder girdle and exercise.

      Funny assumption in this post. Finns should know what is happening with some other Finn in a photo.
