Ich habe ein paar Mal versucht, Lobiani zu backen, aber es hat einfach nie geklappt. Es wird hart und dick. Wie dieses hier, das ich gestern gemacht habe, es sieht oben ein wenig angebrannt aus, war innen aber eigentlich nicht gut gebacken. Wie machen die Leute schöne, weiche und leckere Lobiani? 😭

      Try making it on a big cast iron pan instead

      thats how we make it at home

    2. try to make sure the dough is THIIIIIN because once you fry it on a pan (yes i do that sue me) the dough thickens up. oh and also make sure to poke the dough with the forks once you are finished stuffing it with lobiani, so it can go inside the dough

      Control the amount of flour and do add sour cream or melted butter. Pre-heat the oven to 160-170 and that’s it. Some people would use thick iron cast pan instead of an oven.
