Just remember the poor souls actually shot, and or lost their life. A functioning human would be more sympathetic to that, not that orange walking cancer of a creature.
Injured with a bullet or injured by something resulting from the shooting is the same thing. The only difference would be lying about it.

Well yeah, cops were already reporting that day that he was hit by glass from a shattered teleprompter.
The real mystery is why tiny glass cuts would still need a bandage the size of a buttermilk biscuit two weeks later.
They said it when it happened, was teleprompter glass shards, Trump just lying, as usual
