Hallo zusammen, ich miete gerade eine Wohnung und habe das Problem, dass es drinnen zu warm ist. Ich habe zuvor ein Jahr lang in einer anderen Wohnung gelebt und konnte die Heizung (oder besser gesagt die Temperatur) mit den Reglern steuern, die wir in jedem Zimmer hatten, und ich würde einfach wählen, ob ich es auf 5 (so warm wie möglich) haben möchte oder nicht Gefrierzeichen, dh keine Heizung. In der neuen Wohnung habe ich in allen Räumen die gleiche Steuerung, aber es kommt mir so vor, als wäre es egal, welche Heizstufe ich wähle. Außerdem habe ich das folgende Bedienfeld (Bild im Anhang) mit einer einzigen Taste, um durch verschiedene Ansichten zu wechseln, und es gibt auch eine Ansicht, um die minimale/maximale Temperatur zu sehen, die ich in der Wohnung hatte (ich gehe davon aus, dass dies für die letzten 24 Stunden gilt). Das Problem ist, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt, die Mindest-/Höchsttemperaturen zu ändern, und eine Mindesttemperatur von 24 Grad ist einfach zu viel für mich. Könnte mir bitte jemand erklären, was ich in diesem Fall tun soll? Muss ich die Wartungsfirma anrufen und sie direkt fragen, oder übersehe ich etwas und es gibt eine Möglichkeit für mich, die Heizung auf die Mindesttemperatur zu senken?

What kind of heating does the apartment use? Central heating? Electric?
If it’s central, it could be that your panel does nothing and the actual control is the knobs on the radiators themselves.
Your apartment probably has underfloor heating, same as mine. Is the apartment recently built like after 2010?
The temperature regulator in the walls only deviate 2° +/- and that’s it. The real control will be somewhere in the walls (hidden metal panel) which will have knobs that you can use to adjust the hot water which flows through the pipes.
Additionally, there might also be a ventilation unit that you can use to adjust the circulation of air. It also heats and cools the air that circulates within the apartment.
However the best course of action would be to contact the landlord or maintenance company.
that device is just a wall attached humidity and temperature sensor. Those are installed in some modern houses for convenience but doesn’t control anything, I had exact same in my old apartment.
You need to call service. My guess is broken NO actuators on the underfloor heating manifold, and the supply water temperature being higher for your appartment than the heating demand of your appartment demands
NO means normally open. So if the break, you have constant flow
That is just a sensor for humidity, heat and whatnot, you can check other stats too by pressing that little button.
You probably have heated floors which can be controlled via turning knobs on the walls in each room.
Also, don you have airvents at the near somewhere near the ceiling. Those can be controlled from the bathroom from a seperate thing that should tell you the temperature near the the filterbox.
Do you live in Jätkäsaari?
And you trust that?
Have you measured the temperature with an old-school thermometer?
