Marmor-Chatschkar (typische Steinkreuze der mittelalterlichen armenischen Kunst), gefunden in Rom, Vatikan. Dieses Chatschkar wurde 1246 von der armenischen Gemeinde Roms errichtet, deren Anführer, ein gewisser Stephan, aus dem Kloster der Heiligen Apostel von Mush (in der Nähe des Van-Sees) stammte. I presume the monastery is lost because of obvious reasons?
I saw it in Vatican, was almost done with the place with a massive museum fatigue so I wasn’t even looking at the artifacts anymore and then I saw it with a corner of my eye and was like “hey, that looks familiar!”

Here it is in Old Armenian with some notes:
Ի ՈՂԵ (Ո=600 Ղ=90 Ե=5) թւիս Հա[յ]ոց կանգնեցավ խաչս ի բարեխավսութիվն (բարեխոսություն, թի with the ~ on top can be read as թիւն or թյուն) Մխիթարայ և ծնողաց իւրոց ի հայրութեան Ստեփանոսի Ղազարաց վանեցո որք երկրպագեք յիշեցեք յաղաէթս (աղոթքս).
