You were scammed. Some words they wrote would ring the alarm bells. Vorkehrungen for example makes no sense in this case. I would always recommend the eBay payment system, even tho when someone scams you then, the fee is non refundable
I don’t understand the scheme with PayPal friends… let’s say I’m the seller and someone sends me money with PayPal friends and family… I send out the article and the person claims it never arrived… what happens then? He can’t claim his money back now, can he? Pls someone explain.

I don’t know, maybe it’s not a scam. The account is years old and looks okay, 45 Euro seems not nearly enough to risk a good reputation. Maybe something happened so they weren’t able to answer or send the package? But maybe I’m just naive and like to think the best of people.
But yes, PayPal friends is a risk and I wouldn’t do it.
1. step: Give a deadline, to when you want to have your stuff. 2. step: If that person doesn’t respond, nor send tou the items, then go to the police. Since all Paypal acc are linked to a bank acc, they should be able to find out who that person is.
I very much hope that you mentioned the reason for the transaction.
