Could this be bc of money? i saw something a few months ago that the prices of US visas for foreign artists skyrocketed (around 15k dollars per idol now if im not mistaken) and some people said it would be very hard for rookies and groups from small companies to attend events in the US bc depending on how many members the group had, the agency would have to spend 100k+ in visas, idk if wake one is poor but that might be the reason
