Was ist das für ein Insekt? Sieht aus wie eine riesige Mücke

Looks like a potter wasp

No exact clue about this species, but I guess its a parasitic wasp that lays its egg in some other organisms, e.g. aphids/lice. Have seen similar species with this trait. Mosquitos are not black/yellow, and there are a lot of different wasp-like species that are not harmful for humans.
