Der Internationale Gewerkschaftsbund hat kürzlich seinen Global Rights Index 2024 veröffentlicht. Finnland und andere nordische Länder schneiden im weltweiten Vergleich der Arbeitnehmerrechte traditionell gut ab. Aufgrund einer Reihe von Reformen hat Finnland jedoch seine Spitzenposition verloren und ist zu einem nordischen Außenseiter geworden.

On the other hand political strikes do not exist in other Nordic countries. I don’t say that all political strikes are bad, but it is a problem that after every few years the whole foreign trade of Finland stops because of harbour strikes.
