Don’t think this is true (Malta transport authority does not exist, at best it would be Transport Malta) , but in any case, one day such measures will need to be taken.

The curfew was too much, but the rest + a tourist tax would be good
Curfew not realistic as people need to go to work. They should instead tax exponentially for each car a person owns. This would help increase number of available car parks
if you gonna make a fake, make it a good one at least…
