Hallo, ich war von einer der 10 Partnerstädte Stuttgarts aus im Urlaub in Deutschland. Wir besuchten Stuttgart auf einer unserer Fahrten und stellten fest, dass sie fehlten. Es war schon schwer genug, ihren genauen Standort herauszufinden, aber Informationen darüber zu finden, warum sie verschwunden sind, ist noch schwieriger. Für jede Hilfe oder Idee wäre ich dankbar, da wir nur auf der Durchreise sind und wahrscheinlich nicht wiederkommen. Danke!

Maybe they were taken off for repair or something? You could ask the tourist information, maybe they know about it.
Most likely they are in the process of being repaired or removed due to nearby constructions.
