Die bläuliche Färbung habe ich bei einer Blindschleiche noch nie gesehen, daher schließe ich das aus. Die weißen Flecken auf dem Kopf könnten auf Ringelnatter hinweisen.

Yup, Ringelnatter. They are often blue-ish like that.
Looks like a Kreuzotter to me. They come in many different colors.
