Ich bin mir nur nicht sicher, ob ich so dumm bin, dass ich den Betrug nicht erkannt habe oder ob der Verkäufer so dumm ist, dass er/sie ein Doppelhaus für so wenig Geld verkauft!!!

Google what „asumisoikeus“ means.

They are asumisoikeusasunto, ”a right to live”, kind of rental where you pay nominal fee and have right to live forever without the landlord having ability to kick you out. You pay generally a rent slightly less than market rate. When you move out, you get the fee back with adjusted to index change
Look at the monthly fees. Beside the low prices, the description and other details, the monthly fee is a very clear indicator of an ”asumisoikeusasunto”.
Actually buying something similar in the same area would probably be about 10x more expensive. Asumisoikeus apartments are rentals where you pay a fairly big deposit that you later get back.
But why are you looking at semi-detached houses if your main goal is to find a place where you can play drums? I would be pissed off if I lived in a semi-detached and someone moved in the other half and banged drums all day 😀
I know from experience because that actually happened when I was a teenager, luckily my family was about to move away anyway so we just tolerated it for a few weeks. Maybe look at renting or buying an „erillistalo“ or „omakotitalo“.
