Ich habe Zweifel und stelle es mir wahrscheinlich falsch vor.
Sie müssen diese Strecke Wilhelmshaven – Utrecht Centraal zurücklegen. Wenn möglich, nutzen Sie den ersten Teil mit Regionalzügen, um die Vorteile der Karte nutzen zu können.
Wenn ich diese Route plane am bahn.de dort steht, dass ich mit Regionalzügen nach Utrecht fahren kann. Ich verstehe allerdings nicht, wie es möglich ist, dass in den Niederlanden Züge verkehren. Ich weiß also nicht, ob das ein Missverständnis ist … Ich dachte, dass ich beim Grenzübertritt in die Niederlande andere Züge benutzen und entsprechend bezahlen muss.

There are crossboarder trains between the Netherlands and germany, regional and ices. And there also exist regional trains in the netherlands.
However the Deutschlandticket is only valid in the german part (+some boarder towns you would need to check that for your specific connection), so you need to get another ticket for the part which is not Covered.
