Ich weiß also, dass dies die Parkplätze rechts vom Mast für 2 Stunden markiert. Verwirrend ist das Bild des Motorrads, das normalerweise für Motorräder, Motorroller und ähnliche Fahrzeuge gedacht ist, und der Text "nicht für Mopeds" darunter. Warum ist es ihnen recht, dort Motorräder und Motorroller zu parken, aber keine Mopeds? Habe ich das richtig interpretiert?

    1. Mopeds are allowed to park on the sidewalk, while motorbikes are not allowed. Maybe they wanted some dedicated spots for motorbikes without having it full of mopeds

      It looks like private parking signage. Who knows what their motivations are. 

    3. You got it right. In Finlands Mopeds and scooters of 50 cc or under can be parked legally where bicycles are parked and these spaces are reserved for bigger motorcycles.

      Depending on the size, a scooter may be a motorbike, or a moped.

    5. This actually wouldn’t need the text ’Ei mopoille’, because that sign H12.8 already covers only motorbikes.

      But the text is added for people who aren’t familiar with signs
