Ich überlege, zu wechseln, weil es günstiger zu sein scheint als die anderen Modelle. Ich bin bei CSS, falls es mir hilft. Ich bin noch recht jung und gehe nicht oft zum Arzt, daher denke ich, dass ich mehr sparen werde als jetzt, das hoffe ich zumindest. Diejenigen von euch, die es bereits nutzen, wie ist es? Gibt es Dinge, die ihr bereut?

We’re using telemed with Helsana. But only because there’s no real drawback. If anything we now can go directly to a specialist instead of getting the recommendation first from our „house doctor“.
And if we still wanna go to the house doctor we can do that too.
I am with Swica and use the Telmed model as well. But nowadays you can also use their app. Which is pretty good. You give all your symptoms and then you get feedback if you need to go to a general physician, specialist or call them to give more details. I am very pleased so far.
