Die auf der Website angegebene Gesamtmiete betrug 400 Euro. Sie antworteten, dass Strom nicht inbegriffen sei. Ich wollte wissen, wie hoch die ungefähren Stromkosten sein werden und welche weiteren Kosten anfallen. Ich werde alleine wohnen und bin neu hier. Vielen Dank im Voraus.

Average electricity usage for a single person is probably around 2000 kWh per year, varying of course depending on home office, hobbies etc (and probably not taking into account any sort of AC as they are still rare here).
Just multiply that by the cost of the price you can get where you live (probably around 0,30€ per 1kWh).
As a warning though, if you use an electric water heater for heating water that number for the year will be higher.
