Woher wissen Sie, an welchem Gleis der Zug ankommt, mit dem Sie fahren möchten?
Ich habe über die DB-App ein ICE-Ticket für eine Fahrt von Berlin nach Frankfurt gebucht. In der App finden sich keine Informationen darüber, wo ich in den Zug einsteigen kann. In der Ecke gibt es nur dieses eine kleine Quadrat mit der Aufschrift „Pl.4“, was vermutlich Platz 4 oder so etwas bedeutet. Ich habe mir jedoch den Plan des Berliner Hauptbahnhofs angesehen und kann dort weder „Platz“ noch sonst etwas sehen, aber Gleis 4. Sind Gleis und Platz also dasselbe oder verstehe ich das völlig falsch?
