Ich werde freiberuflich arbeiten, wofür ich eine Rechnung schreiben muss. Da es sich um einen einmaligen Auftrag handelt, möchte ich mir den Ärger mit der Gründung eines eigenen Unternehmens und der damit verbundenen Bürokratie ersparen. In anderen Ländern gibt es Dienste, die Sie als Mitarbeiter „einstellen“ und die Rechnung für Sie schreiben, sich um die Steuern kümmern usw. Zum Beispiel: https://coolcompany.com/se/en/
Gibt es einen solchen Dienst auch in den Niederlanden? Die Google-Suche ist so schlecht geworden, dass man heutzutage nichts mehr Nützliches mehr finden kann …

Individuals can also prepare and send invoices. Nothing prohibits that. No need to hire extra services. For tax purposes, include your net income as ROW, resultaat overige werkzaamheden.
You can send an invoice but it must be exempt of BTW (VAT)

I’m not sure if the service you requested exists, but if you want to do it yourself then as an individual you can write a kwitantie. All you need is:
– number of the kwitantie
– date of the kwitantie
– your address
– address of your customer
– contact information
– your banking information
– a clear description of the goods or services provided. Think: tariffs, description, volume, subtotals, duration, dates
– total price
– your signature
For tax, you simply add that amount to your gross income when you file your 2024 income taxes next year.
