I think it’s same. It’s letter “ჯ”
Nothing, second one is just easier to write.
just looks. ჯ takes way longer to write so we use the other version, we do the similar thing with ლ and რ by reducing their amount of „bumps“ to one.
Just a stylistic difference. Both are valid. The bottom one is more common handwritten
