Es ist Freitag und wir haben kein warmes Wasser. Habe der Hausverwaltung geschrieben, bin mir aber nicht sicher, ob wir dieses Wochenende etwas gelöst bekommen.
Das Wolfmeter zeigt keinen Druck an und das Licht an der Flamme blinkt. Es liegt ein Fehler 004 vor, der wahrscheinlich bedeutet, dass kein Gas erkannt wird oder das Gas nicht brennt.

The best thing to do when you get an error number is to look in the manual. As you’re renting I’m assuming you don’t have the manual, so you can Google it for your model (CGU-2K-18)

which likely means the pilot flame went out.
The solution is to:
> Gaszuleitung prüfen, ggf. Gaskugelhahn öffnen. Zündelektrode und Zündkabel prüfen. Entstörtaste drücken.
which means „check gas supply line, open gas ball valve if necessary. Check ignition electrode and ignition cable. Press the reset button.“
If that means anything to you, you could try to check it yourself. There are alarm bells ringing in my head whenever I see that a pilot flame went out, because to me it means gas is coming out but is not being ignited, I would _assume_ these systems are smart enough to automatically also close the gas valve if they can detect there is no pilot, but I’m not a handyman and I know nothing about these things, just how to Google.
If you feel comfortable addressing this yourself, go ahead and take a stab at it. This is your landlord’s problem to fix though, and I wouldn’t want to break it any further unless absolutely dire. Note that you are entitled to a rent reduction if your hot water supply is affected by more than just simple maintenance, as you are required to be provided with it at all times. Yeah, you need to let more water into the system, it needs a certain pressure to work, 1.5 to 2 bar should be sufficient. There are usually water valves underneath the heizung to do so.
