lol China may very well make their own AGI first and Russia can’t afford shit.
What a dumb move. Right now Congress is too old and too slow to understand how important regulating AI is. How does that change? By trying to sell new technology to US adversaries. Sure fire way to get Congress off their ass.
It doesn’t really matter which country gets there first, it’s the AGI that will rule the world.
Kind of trusting this guy less and less as time goes on. Does everyone have these skeletons in their closet or is it just power and greed corrupt most?
