Ich komme aus einem anderen EU-Land, in dem CBD ohne ärztliches Attest legal ist. Ich würde gerne etwas davon nach Finnland mitbringen, kann jedoch keine Informationen dazu finden auf tulli.fi da der THC-Gehalt niedrig genug wäre, ich es aber nicht riskieren möchte, wenn es verboten ist. Hat jemand eine Antwort darauf?

Bro you can buys cbd from many different stores in helsinki. Maybe dont risk bringing it. Police/customs is fucking stupid here.
CBD is not illegal but its medical use is. CBD is sold here as cosmetics and collectible items. Many order CBD from abroad. Customs might give you trouble tho and want you to convince them that there is no THC and you are not going to eat or smoke it.
