Hallo, ich möchte mich bewerben für Arbeitslosengeld aber um dieses Formular auszufüllen, muss ich eine Reihe von Dokumenten hochladen, eines davon ist die Arbeitsbescheinigung. Was soll ich tun, wenn der Arbeitgeber mir auf meine Anfrage nicht antworten möchte? Kann ich in diesem Fall etwas tun? Hätte die Agentur für Arbeit Verständnis für diese Situation?
