    1. Its acharuli khachapuri and looks good, keep in mind tho u should be able to stir the egg and cheese in there with fork and stuff it under the bread that is around it

      Georgian food is about the love and soul you put into it. So yes its very good

    3. Ok, one tip u put raw egg yolk at the end, and hot cheese should be able to cook kt when you mix em together

    4. Egg white isn’t supposed to be there it throws the texture off and the inside should have a smooth consistency. Broiling the top is an interesting concept I’ll have to try that one day. What you could do is scoop out some of the browned cheese and put the yolk there so it will stay but that is just cosmetic.
