Any sane person would be against this. The US point of view would be they lose the ability to project military power in that part of the world. It’s idiotic as hell to want to dissolve the Us – Japan alliance. Without Japan and the bases they allow the US to operate from they weaken their ability to wage war. Another stupid take from the US
