      Also I think YouTube becomes even more impressive when you realize that it is already the biggest website/app, literally 5x it’s largest closest site, it’s web traffic is only half than that of the biggest search engine in the world, Google. Crazy numbers

      I guess majority of AI models already have wikipedia’s entire storage baked in :<

      I knew Wikipedia would be one of the losers. That makes me sad. I decided (admittedly only a few months ago) that I’d actively scroll to their website instead of just mindlessly reading summaries. I love Wikipedia so much

      Time for Wikipedia to make its own AI collaboration interface. It is easy. We made it for ourselves.

      LOL at Quora. The best way of using that site was to go there and assume the opposite of the answers there was the real truth. If LLMs are trained on their data, it’s probably single-handedly responsible for half their hallucinations.

      All Web searches will suffer because of ai. At least until they fill ai with adverts.

      I use Copilot mostly for no other reason than it works like Google did 25 years ago. No fucking adverts and an ‚I feel lucky‘ response. Beyond that I can Google properly for my information.

      I very much doubt HBO is up by a factor of 33x last year. That makes me a bit suspect of the whole chart.

      ChatGPT gaining traffic, while OpenAI loses traffic.

      So, more consumers using ChatGPT, most of whom are free users, and less paying customers consulting the API documentation on OpenAI’s website?

      While Bing isn’t great I’ve found Edge to actually be usable, dare I say good after some customisation
