      Refining capacity, that does not always equal factual output. There is a long supply chain here, before and after refining.

      So, on top of that comes pumping oil to the operational sites. If Ukraine also hits pumping stations, and storage facilities, that would make the lasting 55% on a lower output. Either lacking crude or no separate storage tanks for the finished products, or means of transporting. I am really curious on the % effect, on real outcome of refined products. Anyone in here with oil business expertise?

      And at the source, you cant open and close oilwells, they need constant steady pressurization and flow.

      Hopefully by Christmas they will be over 70%. Russia can’t run an economy without petrol.
