Italy situation is quite weird. The government so far supported Ukraine, basically to align with the EU stance, but mostly of the parties of the ruling coalition don’t support Ukraine. Some are clearly pro-Russia, some others have a neutral stance. The two major opposition parties have similar positions: one is clearly against supporting Ukraine, but not clearly pro-Russia, the other is very mixed, some members support Ukraine, some others lean to a neutral stance.
The latest poll I found states that 55% of Italians are against financial and/or equipment support to Ukraine, while 38% are pro-Ukraine.
But yes, as today Italy is officially pro-Ukraine.
I would put Georgia as mixed. Although Georgia has a bad history with Russia (and Russia occupies like 20% of Georgian territory), the current ruling party Georgian Dream has often been described as pro-Russian and constantly accuses the West and Ukraine of trying to „open a second front“ in Georgia.
Shame on all the yellow and red countries. Shame.

Palestine not being clearly pro-Ukrainian is absolutely mad to me. You’d think they know a thing or two about being occupied, genocide, murder, having their land stolen etc.. The Palestinians never cease to amaze me with their inconsistency.
